Edna H. Combs Edna Hawkins Combs, 84, of Frederick County, died Thursday, June 19, 2008, in a West Virginia nursing facility. Mrs. Combs was born in 1924, the daughter of James and Bertha Hawkins. She was of the Methodist faith.
